Basic hotel with good parking facilities

Liked: Lovely staff, very helpful with booking our river cruise Good parking facilities and easy access to the garage, nice reception area with a drinks machine Able to change rooms to a ground floor one as lots of steps up to the first floor Good location for bars and restaurants

Disliked: Very small and basic rooms Needed a bit of updating and extra cleaning in the bathroom, unfortunately some hairs in the shower and on the inside of the bathroom door

Good location, friendly staff in a hotel that is a little ageing but comfortable

Liked: Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Ageing building, could do with some TLC. Private car park a little challenging for space.
