Liked: Your staffing were excellent, they took the time out to answer all my questions. The kitchen staffing was amazing, check to make sure people were OK and making sure everything were nice and clean. I stay in room 425 room was very clean 👌

Disliked: I didn't like that breakfast finished too early and that there were no water bottles.

We loved the apartment and the location, once we figured out how to get in!

Liked: The location was wonderful, and Lyon generally was really amazing. We definitely intend to return.

Disliked: Finding the keys in the dark when we arrived was very stressful. We couldn't open the main door so we had to ask in the restaurant next door, however the staff there were far from helpful.

Liked: The apartment is nice, but was missing very simple essentials - bottle of water, few coffee capsules - something whihc usually is provided by hosts, and does not cost much..

  Disliked: Design + location

Very enjoyable stay in Lyon in a great location

Liked: Location was excellent, there was a very comfortable bed and the property was exactly as described - no surprises. Hosts were responsive to any questions and helpful with recommendations.

Disliked: The shower temperature could be a challenge to control, and the apartment was quite warm ( in August). A fan was provided to help with this
