Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore Lyon on foot. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were particularly comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the friendly and attentive staff. From reception to breakfast, we always felt welcome and well looked after. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of good-quality food. Overall, a very pleasant city hotel with great service and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Lyon.

  Quite good

Liked: Room was very big! Bed was big as well. Breakfast was awesome!! The water filling bottles were also a plus. Quite good location if you don't mind walking.

Disliked: Was expecting a little bit better regarding the comfort of the beds and there was a little less good communication between the staff and the cleaning staff

Fairly central and reasonable value for money

Liked: Room was large with a fridge and nice shower cubicle

Disliked: Air conditioning was weak and the pool was not suitable for more than 2-3 people as it was tiny
