  Worst Staff

  Liked: I actually liked tbe place. Its cute size and clean.

  Disliked: Unfortunately this wont work if the reception is not good and balanced specially NOT SO ACCOMODATING at helping first timer guest. We are traveling by car and first time on the city the gps says we just reached the destination but we cant find the name Residhome just the bank and a Domity Store no ones answeringin the messages in booking so I called and the guy doesnt help at all. I keep explaining the gps says we are already here but we camnot see any apartment or builfing that has the name Residhome and he keepa saying its near the bank and plaza or park were kids play but we didint see any of it around the are as it hapoend we are on the back. But how can we know which side are we. He should know he should at least be helpful suggestingmaybe we are on the other side or on the back or keep walking or driving again making turns nut no and WORST i am stikl talking and HE DROP THE CALL. Imagine what if we we didnt find easily the apartment and I have one 21 months old and 7 years old. And there we found it at last we enter and he waa on phone call again and we wait untill he finish. I tried calming and not to ask amhthingbut after check in it keeps bothering me so i ask him if he is the one i was talking over the phone. And he says yes. And I ask him so why did you end the call he says BECAUSE THERES ANOTHER CALL woww just wow!!! We were suppose to rent 2 more nights because we encountered fellows and invited us to some activities but i chose another hotel. This is worst of all we rented.

  Liked: Clean, spacious room & friendly staff. Location is excellent there is a resto close by. We park our car in the street at the back of the building & sunday is free parking.

  Disliked: Reception is early closed on sunday & open from 7am the next day. Even though we want to check out early in the morning we can't. We have to wait until 7am.

At point of booking, please advise the hotel how many people will occupy the apartment. Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 21:00 Saturday: 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 Sunday: 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 Please advise the hotel in advance if you anticipate arriving outside of reception hours as an access code will be required.

Breakfast times: Weekdays from 07:00 until 09:00 Weekends from 08:30 until 09:30 Please note that breakfast is not served on public holidays.

Please note that a daily housekeeping service is available at an additional cost. Beds are made before arrival and there is a weekly cleaning and linen change service.

Please note that city tax is not charged to guests aged 17 years old and under.
