  I'd still stay there again

  Liked: Almost everything was great. Location, room, staff, assistance with getting my laptop hooked intimo the Wi-Fi.

  Disliked: The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was the floor hadn't been cleaned or swept.

  Several things to fix (unlucky stay - experience)

  Liked: The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking from the train station (useful if you plan to reach Paris via train). There are planty of bars - restaurant in the area (as well as a shopping mall). Lion center can be reach by foot in ca.30 minutes walking; however, stops for public transportations are very close. Lumiere museum is also quite close. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. A huge part of the staff was young and friendly:) Parking has very limited slot so be sure to book it in advance if you travel by car.

  Disliked: I wrote our arrival time and request for leave the car in the hotel park before the check-in during the reservation as well as on August 3 after the hotel mailed me... no one replied me We asked possibility to have a breakfast box for August 11 as we departure early for reach Paris via train... no one replied me. Once arrived at the hotel (around 7.30-8 am), it has been told me that car park was full up to 11 am so we parked nearby the shopping mall (19,5 euros for 6 hours). Back to the hotel around 2 pm, the girl at the reception desk reported me that they don't have my surname in the reservation. I showed her the email sent me by the hotel few days before arrival. She found the reservation number and - according to their system - I already checkin the room. (discovered later it was her way to report I made a checkin line before arrival). Got finally the card key to enter the park and room number 407. Arrived at the 4th floor, two girls who were on the elevator with us asked why we were outside their room; turns out that the receptionist gave us key for their same room...... Went downstairs all together and after 20 minutes the issue was solve gaving us a new room (504). The room had few stains on the curtains and NEVER got check or clean. I applied the sign to make the room on August 11 when we were out all day in Paris; back to the hotel around 9 pm the sign was still on the door and room wasn't made. In addiction, staff never check daily towels or toilet paper (our room got only half roll of toilet papar so I had to collect a couple of them at the bathoom placed on level E). Director of the hotel should focus on more priority things than a welcome postcard in the room...
