  Excellent location, good breakfast, very helpful staff hence all good in the end

  Liked: The room was very nice and had a great view. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and felt very comfortable during our stay. The location was fantastic, with the Old Port, the heart of the city, within easy walking distance. Breakfast was also quite good.

  Disliked: There's no driveway in the hotel and the hotel does NOT have a parking either. I think this is very negative. I had to stop/park on the street, leave my wife in the car and quickly go and ask the hotel staff about where we can park etc. Also, we had to use the parking just next to the hotel but I had difficulty finding the exit to the Hotel, such a shame:-) Also, the parking cost for the entire night 40+ EUR. Outrageous:-(

  Liked: location, the hotel and the room was amazing

  Disliked: We were there when the huge demonstration took place (17.10), and we would have appreciated it if the receptionist had informed us about it and advised us on which areas to avoid beforehand.

  Decent, but not great

  Liked: The hotel is at a great location. Staff is generally very helpful. Rooms are nice and comfy. All is very clean. Bed is excellent.

  Disliked: Middle of October, heating system not working. Rooms have very much visible wear n tear. 4stars, no full figure mirror. Bathroom has mold / fungus / whatever it is. Tub and hand wash have significat damages. Refit is in order... Night before departure we had front desk order a taxi tomorrow at 7am. At 7.15 still no taxi, to find out they did not order in advance but there n then.
