Fabulous
First time staying at a ski resort, really enjoyed our stay
Liked: Clean, everything you need walking distance.
Perfect
Liked: staff very friendly and helpful. our room was amazing and very clean. we had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location was perfect as we were close to everything we needed.
Disliked: I liked everything! my only negative point was that the swimming pool was a little cold.
Good location, in room amenities not sufficient for a family stay but rest of the facilities are good
Liked: The pool and the location
Disliked: The smell in the bathroom which the staff didn’t bother to fix until we complained for the third time. It got fixed the day before we left so great but not super helpful. Databreach before our stay wasn’t great either, only got noticed about it after I enquired about a scam.
Liked: Very roomy nice facilities.
Disliked: Off season so restaurant closed.
Liked: Everything was pleasant and very helpful staff.
Liked: the shuttle servce to and from the centre of town was excellent!
Disliked: a single toilet in the room was very small
