Exceptional
Cozy hotel with excellent staff
Liked: The hotel is cozy and centrally located.
Disliked: Our first room was very small. But we asked for a change and the staff kindly accommodated us.
Wonderful rooms and amazing service
Liked: Everything! We loved the rooms, the position and the attention to detail. The service was very polite.

Disliked: Nothing
Great location, friendly & helpful staff, lovely decor
Liked: Location, friendly staff, tastefully design decor
Disliked: No aircon (but we knew that anyway)
Pleasant stay and beautifully tended room. Just a little noisier than would have liked
Liked: Great location. Charming staff
Disliked: No air conditioning, and as our room opened onto the pedestrian precinct it was noisy to have balcony door open - early morning street sweeper and hotel played music with breakfast service below our balcony. They did offer a fan.
A delightful and caring hotel in a very good location
Liked: Location was ideal for us in the centre of Megeve. Our room, number 6, was on the front of the building with a balcony. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening. The room was very well thought out and provided every comfort. The little extras provided by the hotel were appreciated, fruit juices, biscuits and tissues. All the staff we met were excellent in their service and warmth. Would book this hotel again without a second thought
Disliked: Nothing
