Fabulous
Very helpful staff, but the hotel needs better upkeep

Disliked: The hotel looks older in reality than in the photos. The common areas were not very clean or well maintained.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing place but the people that work there are the best
Liked: Beautiful view, amazing ambience and incredible staff
Disliked: Walk up the hill (but the view compensates…); spa / gym could be better but not a major issue.
