overall a good experience
Liked: nice hotel but seems like small sister to the other hotels run by same company. Stairs were unclean. Rooms were good for the stay. WOuld have been nice to have the restaurant open.
A magical, historical atmosphere
Liked: All the staff were really helpful and when we checked in, everything was explained clearly about keys entrance etc. Really clean room with a nice bathroom and tea making facilities!! The hotel was so magical! Felt like I was Harry Potter staying in Diagon Alley!! A really special place xx
Quaint hotel on a beautiful island
Liked: Easy instructions provided before check in, the reception is at the sister hotel. Mouton Blanc breakfast is also at the sister hotel. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions and help. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Shower gel and soap in bathrooms but no shampoo and conditioner. Beds comfortable, wonderful luxury to be able to walk around the island after dark when all the crowds have left! We had the mezzanine on the third floor so lots of steps but didn't put us off at all.

Liked: Check in was late, not til after 4:30. Black mold in ceiling bathroom. No one available to help. Zero customer sevice
