Very Disappointing Stay – Misleading Views and Poor Breakfast
Liked: Good location. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing hotel experience of my entire European trip, during which I stayed at more than a dozen hotels. 1. Room Views I booked two rooms, expecting the beautiful views of Mont Saint-Michel shown in the booking photos. However, in the first room, half of Mont Saint-Michel was blocked by trees. In the second room, the entire view was obstructed by trees. This was extremely disappointing, as I had specifically chosen this hotel for its stunning views. I strongly recommend that future guests confirm with the hotel that their room has a clear, unobstructed view of Mont Saint-Michel before booking. 2. Breakfast The breakfast was also very disappointing and looked nothing like the photos advertised. The buffet offered very limited choices. My father has diabetes and needs suitable food options, including plenty of fresh salad and vegetables. Unfortunately, there was no salad available at the buffet. I had to specifically ask the staff if they could prepare some salad for him. Only then did they provide a very small portion in a bowl. For a hotel at this price level, I expected a much better breakfast selection and overall experience. Overall Experience Of all the hotels I stayed at during my European trip, this was by far the most disappointing. The actual room views and breakfast were very different from what I had expected based on the photos. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to my expectations or the price I paid.
Fantastic location n view - comfy room
Liked: Fantastic location - the bus stop for the bus going over the bridge to Mont st michel is practically outside the hotel front door. Our room has a great view of the monument. Rooms are big n comfortable -
Disliked: Would be nice if modern phone charging can b installed in the rooms as we still needed the electrical plug then USB outlets to charge our devices.

A perfectly situated hotel
Liked: The view was spectacular. The rooms was spacious.
Disliked: The only point to raise was when we had an evening meal, the food was lukewarm warm.
