Good
Basic stay on an amazing place
Liked: The room was small and very basic but that's exactly what we expected. The point was to stay on the island which was well worth it. The hotel is also not far from the main entrance which was a bonus. Paul was great to assist with transportation to and from the island.
Disliked: The breakfast was overcrowded and underwhelming.

Liked: Location was not where I was expecting but still very good and quite
Disliked: I tried to contact reception to ask a few questions but there was no answer. bed was a little uncomfortable, and the TV was not working.
Enjoyed the visit and room was acceptable for a stay on the rock

Disliked: There were many flies in the room and bathroom each time we would return

Disliked: Check in process happens in 2 different locations before you get to your room so total 3 different places. The passcode for parking didn't work then nobody answers the phone when I tried to call, we had to use the public parking the first night. The mattress were sagging on one side. The breakfast buffet were slow to refill, if you happen to come after 8am, most of the hot foods are gone.

Please note that there is no lift available at the property and some rooms have to be accessed by many stairs.

Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km from the property. You can take a shuttle and then walk 500 meters to reach the Hotel du Mont Saint-Michel.
