Exceptional
One of the best places to stay in Nîmes. Highly recommended!
Liked: The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant interiors, a charming garden, and a relaxing atmosphere. The bar was a real highlight, with a stylish setting, a great selection of cocktails, and a lovely ambiance for unwinding in the evening. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the main attractions in Nîmes. I would love to return one day to experience a different room type and enjoy more time at this wonderful hotel.

Beautiful and exquisite stay
Liked: The most wonderful property and find in the heart of Nimes. I would want to come back and stay longer, beautiful suites, impeccably finished and maintained, very comfortable bedding and rooms. The spa facilities were also very wonderful and provided a nice escape from city exploration.
Disliked: When we visited the staff were on strike, so the hotel did their best to maintain the service and support for roomer cleaning and service, however it was noticeable - we had to ask for more clean dishes and glasses, and needed to remind them for room service one the days we were staying.
Liked: Very pleasant staff and great location
Disliked: On the Sunday there was the sound of a drill from a house next door to the hotel. It was a shame. I told tge pool attendant & he informed othrr staff. We couldnt stay long at the pool due to engagements so dont know if the situation improved. The pool attendant was very pleasant however.
A luxurious place to stay in a fascinating city
Liked: Everything about this hotel is first class. The service is impeccable and we will return at the first opportunity.
Disliked: The bedroom could have better lighting for reading.
Our memorable visit to Nimes was enhanced by the hotel and pool- a gem to have found near the end of the summer heatwave
Liked: Elegant and charming buildings and courtyard area with quiet calm atmosphere; close to historic sites, Jardin de fontaine and pleasant walk from train station. Beautiful pool and surroundings with convenient access from our room.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Room was clean and bright, bed comfy, service excellent and the Hotel is beautiful.
Disliked: The breakfast was rather lacking and whilst some of the staff were amazing, a couple were rather unenthusiastic...
