  Liked: Metro right out front

Disliked: Staff was not friendly. No a/c. I was unaware that during certain months you can not use the a/c unit. I was uncomfortable in the heat. Staff said the should open a window, which was not safe considering I was on the first floor and anyone could climb in.

  Location Location Location

Liked: Location location location Excellent location. The metro is right across the street. Would stay here again and again. Great price! Dropped our bags off before check in and they stored them for us so we could hit the streets of Paris!

Liked: Clean comfortable hotel with good vibe. Well serviced, nice toiletries, coffee tea etc and safe in room! Good value for the money. Line 14 immediately outside the hotel gave great access to the Louvre and latin quarter 10 min walk from Chatelet. Great bakeries and restaurants and shop in area. Lovely comfortable bar, although the seating area closed early at night before 11pm, leaving minimal seating for guests.

Disliked: After a long day sightseeing, it would have been nice to have had a seat to relax before retiring to the room. We had to stand at the arcade game area and use the football table to set our drinks on.
