  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saint-Petersbourg. I was born in Saint Petersburg, so staying at a hotel with the same name felt especially lovely and personal. The location was excellent, and our room was very quiet, comfortable and cosy. The only funny detail was that our room was on the second floor, and at around 5–6AM we woke up to the smell of fresh pastries being baked in the kitchen below! Everything was perfect, and we would happily return!

  comfortable, well managed and well located hotel

  Liked: Location, helpful reception staff, rainfall shower, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioner

  Disliked: Coffee maker didn't work, breakfast poor quality and over-priced. In previous visits there were soap cakes provided (as one would expect in a hotel of this rating); now the quality is diminished and the soap bars are not replaced. The shower was nice, but the bathrooms were a bit cramped. Prior to arrival we were sent multiple messages requiring reconfirmation with the threat of our reservation being released to other clients. I considered these a bit overbearing, bordering on rude.

  Liked: This was not my first stay at this hotel, and it is always such a pleasure to see familiar faces among the staff. They are always so happy to welcome me back and greet me with genuine warmth—and that means so much! I love the hotel’s small size and fantastic location! I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel during this stay, so I can’t comment on it. I will be very happy to return! A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their care and attention!
