  Disappointing Accommodation!

Liked: Location was wonderful, the staff were really lovely & very helpful. The breakfast was very good! Deco of the common areas of the hotel were really nice.

Disliked: Bedroom - So uncomfortable! The room was so very disappointing, tiny with hardly any room to move around the bed. The ensuite was shockingly small with the narrowest space between the sink, shower and toilet. The shower was so small it was extremely uncomfortable to use! Very disappointing.

An excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the city

Liked: The hotel is 1 street over from the centre of town. It is ideal hotel for exploring Rouen. From the hotel the sights, places to eat and even the river are only a short hop from the hotel. It is cosy like a boutique hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly. The hotel didn't have parking but they recommended a parking spot under the Opera which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. We really liked it.

Disliked: We didn't find anything we liked. Its the perfect hotel to visit Rouen from. We loved it.
