  Could have been good

Liked: Very well located for visiting the old town. Walking distance from the Cathedral, Opera House, Cinemas... Staff is friendly and smiling.

Disliked: Poor acoustic isolation, if a neighbor is snoring, you will hear it. The bed was very uncomfortable, old mattress probably bought second hand for next to nothing. This is unacceptable, as the main reason for a hotel is to prove a good rest, so a good mattress should be the first priority, not the last!
