  Liked: Good location. Clean.

  Disliked: Room was small and basic. Toilet was awkward if you have long legs. Parking is not convenient.

  Liked: Hotel opposite the Tribunal Judiciare, within walking distance of Rouen Cathedral an the Eglise Sainte-Jean-d'Arc Café and Restaurant nearby Make tea and coffee in the room

  Disliked: Strong stellt of food outside ans in the romm very cramped bathromm Parking at the hotel not possible. Parking Garage (for my motobike) $25 per day

  Good value for money, with stunning view and perfect location

  Liked: The location is the best possible in the city. And the depending on the room you get - the view is absolutely stunning.

  Disliked: If you are traveling by car - there is no hotel parking and so consider that you will need to spend around 16-20€ a day for parking in one of the nearby city parkings.

  Short stay in a charming place

  Liked: Overall, we had a good stay at Les Initiés. The city itself is beautiful and authentic, with a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of character. The location is convenient and the place has a pleasant atmosphere. The stairs are quite steep, which may be worth keeping in mind, and parking is paid and located a little further away. Apart from that, everything was fine and the stay was comfortable.
