  Great stay as usual

Liked: Love the staff and the place, it is really convenient for a family ( blinds, kitchenette, space and reception available).cleanliness is similar to hotel standards. This is now one of my favourite place to go travelling to Rouen, there is also a supermarket 5 min away open 7 am to 10pm I believe ( very handy when you need milk for your toddler last minute..)

Liked: Malgre un accueil du personnel tres agréable cette residence n est plus adaptée a nos besoins. Très bruyants, surtout le matin, odeurs de cuisine épouvantable dans le couloir. Mauvaise experience cette fois ci dans cet établissement.

Simple, comfortable, and great for access to the city

Liked: Access to tram, ability to get in and out of the city.

Disliked: Air con or a fan in the room, would have been good. Also a kettle, microwave, fridge etc were all provided, bur would have benefitted from a toaster, which i had to buy for my stay.
