  Liked: Clean. Near the centre - 15 minutes walk.

  Disliked: Price a bit high but this is St Jean De Luz so prices may be higher than expected.

  Liked: Excellent location, rooms are comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: If you have room with a window facing the street it could get a bit noisy but if you close the windows it is OK.

  Super hotel in great location

  Liked: Good sized twin room. Freshly painted and in great condition. The bar was a bonus. Very close to beach. Supermarket next door for water etc. really lovely town and superb beach. Lovely park and botanical gardens nearby

  A great location, clean and comfy rooms, free wifi but no extra thrills like A/C

  Liked: the location was excellent only 5 mins from the beach and clearly signposted. I walked from the train station and it took only 20 mins but there was a bus also for those less mobile. The room was simple but well appointed and clean and bed was comfy. Free wifi was provided and details about breakfast also but I did not take it as I like to eat out. I would go again. I thought perhaps the price was high but it is in season and compared favourably with other 3 star hotels.

  Disliked: The only thing is that the shutters were kept closed and not much air was in the room and I would have liked a bit more air. Perhaps a fan in the summer would be useful too, it can get quite hot. A travel toothbrush is always useful too. Otherwise everything fine. Enough towels and toiletries for one night's stay.

  Tiny city but lovely after all

  Liked: I found the room enough big to stay on my own, and otherwise I had a window in order to ventilate the room. And the hotel was not far away from the beach, only same paces to get to the beach and the famous hill.

  Disliked: When I arrived It was cold a little bit and they had switch off the heating from the room so I felt cold the first two nights, but then temperatures rose fortunately. However, I consider the price of the room a little high given that the breakfast was not included.
