  A small hotel, great staff, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in

  Liked: Jennifer, one of the owners and Sunny, her cuddly dog. She took great care of us and all our needs. She even did our laundry and washed & dried our son's pillow (which he never travels without). The bed. It was SO comfortable. CLEAN! CLEAN! Great breakfast. Thanks Jennifer! We loved our stay.

  Disliked: It would have been better if we had stayed longer than three days.

  Liked: Great location on a pedestrian street that was very quiet at night when we were there; 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station Very comfortable room, very friendly and helpful hosts. We were also given the use of a basket with two beach mats and towels to use while we there - a lovely touch when travelling light. We hope to return!

  Very nice spot in the historic center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz

  Liked: The location is excellent, situated in the historic center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, very close to the beach. The parking is not that far.

  Disliked: Everything was great. Maybe the room was a little warm, but we slept with the windows open.

  Nice hotel and St Jean de Luz is lovely. Unfortunately we did have an exceptional heatwave and noise from the annual fes

  Liked: Charmingly located in tne pedestrian area, friendly and helpful owners, nice breakfast and comfortable bed

  Disliked: Unfortunately our visit coincided with the local three day festival of St Jean- 19- 22. Great for us experiencing local culture and music but it did mean very loud music and noise in our room until past 2am. At other times it would be quite peaceful. Also we had an unusual heatwave for that area (and France) of 37 degrees and the property has no air- conditioning. Fans were supplied.

  We loved this hotel!

  Liked: The location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of the town but with parking just round the corner and close to the seafront, with shops and restaurants nearby. Our balcony opened onto a pedestrianised road and a lively square but the double French doors - both double-glazed - ensured a quiet night. We enjoyed a selection of local products at breakfast. The real plus of the hotel was the warm and friendly welcome by the proprietors and their attention to detail in the rooms: ceiling fans, good linen, nice toiletries, everything you might want. We loved this hotel and hope to return soon!
