  Liked: The atmosphere

  Disliked: The pillows were couch pillows not regular bed pillows (half size). And i wish there was a proper restaurant for lunch. There is only the lounge bar for that and you eat the couches. Prices are expensive as well. The dinner buffet was very poor and disappointing for the price. Lastly, rugs of the lobby are very dirty, one of our rooms also had major brown stains on the rugs

  Comfortable

  Liked: Location and overall was okay.

  Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great at all really, Didn’t see 1 cleaner in lobby or downstairs areas all weekend and stuff u could see needed cleaning up, pretty poor for so called Disney sister hotels and we have stayed in Disney hotels and u don’t see nothing like that.

  Liked: Theming in reception and lounge magical. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Evening buffet was pricy but had a lot of choice. Children enjoyed the pool. Room comfortable and plenty of space.

  Disliked: Shuttle bus to Disney great on the morning but over crowded at night, and dangerous the way people were pushing children out of the way to get on. This isn't the hotels fault but something to bear in mind while booking. We walked back from the Disney park the second night to avoid the bus. It took us around 35 minutes.

  Handy location with large comfortable family accommodation

  Liked: Large comfortable rooms to suit all the family. Close to the Parks and clean.

  Disliked: It is expensive for what you get, and there should be later meal options for those returning in the evening from the Parks. Reception not manned 24/7 which would be helpful when requiring assistance with airport taxis etc.
