  Good location, OK stay

  Liked: Location is great as it's near the metro. But beware, there are 2 Metro exits, we took 1 big round. Thank god it was smooth with nice weather, a nice walk, even with luggages (flat surfaces). The other exit is literally less than a minute walk, you can see the metro exit from hotel lobby. I appreciate the hotel accommodated my request of a higher, quite room. We only stayed 1 night as we had to check into another hotel near Disney (our main hotel) the next day. Personally, for me, it's an average hotel with very good location, near the Village for Outlet shopping, you can walk to nearby restaurants and not too far from Disney (google the location, and you need taxi). Good value for money. Young area with university and shopping mall around the corner, all walkable. Nothing too special but good enough for our one night stay. Breakfast was OK. I like you can refill water with your own bottles next to breakfast area, nobody will be left thirsty! Room: Good size with a cute lil kitchen. Comfy, good sized bed! I like that our room is separated from the sofa bed, which is big and comfy. The sofa bed takes up literally the size of the salon. Anyways we don't care as long as it's big and comfy, it can fit 2 persons.

  Disliked: A separate toilet is good, except it does slightly smell of urine. The room ventilator could be heard and it's a bummer we gotta know it could be turned off the next morning.

  Liked: The location 5 minutes walk to train station and big shopping mall with plenty places to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than thought it would be being continental. Great choices for everyone.

  Disliked: The bathroom was bit dirty and bar wasn't open every night and when it was they had no draft beer and only one bottle of beer for me and my husband they had to restock.

  Generally good stay though as issue discussed lowered the experience

  Liked: Room spacious close to amenities and train station housekeeping daily was good Room was quiet

  Disliked: Dishwasher did not work even after looked at by maintenance. The gentleman came and looked then just left without saying anything. No hooks to hang coats up Left water in sink in kitchen thought might empty Was assured wasing up would be done as dishwasher did not work. Though not sure of this being done. Room was tired needed decorating Not clear when arrive where to park Lift failed not clear how to exit car park and hpw to get to hotel Lift always going to reception not to destination requested
