Liked: The location was really good. In very nice area and so close to Disneyland

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The breakfast was by far the biggest disappointment. The selection, quality, and overall standard were extremely poor, making it one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. It fell well below what you would reasonably expect from a 4-star hotel. The service at reception was also disappointing, as the staff members we interacted with were unwelcoming and rude. In addition, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay, and the bathroom amenities were extremely limited, with only a single bar of soap provided. Overall, the hotel fell short in several basic areas, including breakfast quality, customer service, housekeeping, and room amenities. I genuinely question how this hotel meets the standards of a 4-star establishment. Based on our experience, the quality of service and facilities was far below what the rating suggests
