  clean, convenient, good place to stay with well equipped mini-kitchen

  Liked: Overall not bad but I somewhat regretted my choice of staying here (especially that I booked four nights and there is no way of changing once you've paid). the initial room smelt strongly of mildew immediately when I entered. (I'm surprised that they even offered this room to anyone.) They were able to move me right away to another room which I appreciated (and the lay out was better in the second room). The staff were generally helpful, tho' a little reserved. The room (located towards the back) was quiet, clean and a good size. it was well equipped for a longer term stay: had a fridge and area to cook. I appreciated the room more with time but never got used to the location of the hotel: it is on a very large, busy, noisy street. Note however, it was very convenient: <20min walk to station on a safe, walkable road; very close to the Victor Hugo market and other grocery stores; easily within walking distance of the central area of the old town. Overall, it was a good stay but I would choose somewhere on a side street in future (personal preference.)

  Great aparthotel with great staff, 24/7, in a very convenient location

  Liked: This was a welcome hybrid accommodation: a spacious, well designed and equipped studio apartment, with 24/7 human staffed reception. There was always someone and they were always, friendly, full of information and eager to be of assistance. For example, we were trying to book SNCF train tickets at their website, which is only in French, on our phone. It was difficult to know if we were doing it correctly. The desk staff went through the whole process with us to make sure we reserved the tickets with the specifics we wanted. A restaurant was available in the ground floor for buffet breakfast if you preferred. There is a lovely open, private atrium to sit al fresco in peace and quiet. Coffee available 24/7. A supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk. Many sites were within walking distance and the Metro was nearby for longer sojourns. Also surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, coffee shops, shopping etc. Parking was under the building, with an elevator to your floor, at 18 euros per day. You could store your luggage if arriving before check-in.

  Perfect for a Rugby weekend

  Liked: Location is perfect for us, we've stayed here for the last four years when coming over to Toulouse for the rugby. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious.
