  Excellent

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean hotel and comfortable rooms.

Disliked: There is only one part of our visit, which will stop us staying again. The garage exit is extremely tight and it took us 10 minutes of negotiating the double kerb (which you could not see from the car). However if we weren’t driving we would stay again.

Overall a pleasant short and comfortable stay

Liked: Its proximity to the train station away from the crowds

Disliked: Lifts are small for such a big hotel. During our hotel there were so many guests that there was a wait getting into the lifts, but this is such a minor issue that didn’t bother us but worth pointing out

  Personal and cosy, romantic vibe

Liked: The showers are amazing. Best shower of our trip. Does a great job reflecting the history of the building, old cinema feel. The place feels boutique and intimate, felt personal in service and vibe. It was an excellent location with non LEZ parking only a short walk away and easy to get to the best tourist, eating and historic areas by foot.

Disliked: Restaurant was great but service felt a bit rushed. Apart from that there was nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps their charging for drinking water in the room felt a little extreme.
