  Liked: The hotel is located in a beautiful area.

  Disliked: The room was extremely small. The toilet was so cramped that an adult could barely fit inside. The window faced a wall and an emergency exit, and there was no main ceiling light in the room. The pillows were very large and extremely firm. The hotel itself is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. I believe that charging €120 per night for a room like this is completely unacceptable. In fact, I don’t think this room should be offered to guests at any price.

  Basic but very good value for an exceptional location

  Liked: Perfect location, clean and great value for money - basic but comfortable

  Disliked: Could have done with a main light - we relied on 2 bedside lamps to light the room- also could have done with plug sockets by the bedside- but minor details really for the price we paid

  The location and staff were excellent, food was adequate. I would stay here again if in Toulouse

  I expected more for 3 stars my family members had an even room than I had.i would not recommend this Hotel

  Disliked: The property looked nothing like on the photos Our bathroom towels stank I was surprised to not find a fridge but I suppose I should have read that before I booked our stay No shampoo or conditioner Rooms weren’t cleaned daily
