  Ideal base to see Toulouse

Liked: The gentleman on reception was very kind to us about my wife's broken arm and gave us very good advice. The location is perfect for seeing all aspects of the historic centre and is an easy walk from the train station.

I would stay at Hotel St. Sernin again and again, I love it so much

Liked: Front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Some rooms have an excellent view, and the location is great!

Disliked: I have no complaints, but folks with limited mobility will need to be aware that the elevator begins on the 1st floor (2nd floor to Americans). One flight of stairs does need to be scaled. Front desk staff will help you carry luggage if you ask.

Liked: The location was great with a nice view of the basilique as you enter, the staff member at reception was warm and helpful with everything we needed

Disliked: Rooms are on the small side and there wasn’t anything to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room which removes some privacy

  Liked: Loved the location.

Disliked: The rooms are quite small but functional. I would booked the larger room next time.
