  We didn't stay there. We were forced to cancel our booking, losing all of our money

  Disliked: The staff was rude, and took no responsibility for us not being able to park our pickup, despite it being mentioned as a potential issue when we made the reservation. Because of this, we were forced to cancel our night in Toulouse and head straight home. They offered no apology. No refund. No solution. It was a painful way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation to Costa Brava with friends. I'm very surprised that Booking.com represents such a horrible property.

  No reservation for you!!

  Liked: The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: The front desk employee who checked us in said he would make a reservation at a local restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reservation was not made and it was very embarrassing. We ended up finding a different place to eat, but it was very disappointing.

  Great spot to stay. Wonderful friendly staff

  Liked: Great location with terrific access to everthing you want to see in the old town. The staff, particularly Estelle, were terrific. She went above and beyond to help us with getting access to medicos.

  Exceeded expectations

  Liked: The room was perfect! Bigger than I was expecting, very clean and comfy beds. They had a cot ready for our 4 month old, she loved it and slept so well (for once!). The cleaning staff and receptionists were amazingly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return. Exceptional value for money. Very well located as well.
