  Liked: I asked for a super quiet apartment downstairs as I was recuperating from a surgery and they produced it!

  Not the cleanest or cosiest place, but overall okay for a short stay

  Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location within walking distance of the city centre, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, and the added bonus of private underground parking

  Disliked: Some cups were broken, the sofa was old, and the carpets in the hallways were dirty

  Liked: the fact that it is an appartment with 2 rooms the big bathroom

  Disliked: the flow of water in the bathroom ( not fixed even after we asked ) the bed was not that comfortabl.e

  Liked: Friendly staff, short 15m walking distance from city centre, possibility to check-in after opening hours (complicated procedure though, in this digital age, having to send a copy of your credit card and passport as an attachment to an email). Quite noisy, thin walls (at least in building B).

  Disliked: Room was not at all as on the photo, smaller room, double bed was put in a corner, large window when opened swung over the bed. Everything clean but room could get a refresh.

  Perfect for a short, self catering stay

  Liked: For us the location was perfect. Walking into the city centre was easy. The hotel was easy to locate. Check in was straightforward. There was secure parking. The apartment was well equipped. Good shower. There was no noise from outside. We would definitely use this hotel again.

  Wouldn't come back

  Liked: Secure parking.

  Disliked: Tiny soap bar instead of standard liquid soap - not exactly hygienic in my eyes. Room had NO shutters or blinds, as far as I can say. Privacy?? Accessing the underground car park and leaving it in the early morning when everything's dark, for me: challenging. Morning receptionist made a big fuss over having to come for a moment to show me where to open the outside gate. Completely unnecessary! I found the whole atmosphere impersonal and detached. Smiles and a warm welcome would have made a big difference.
