Liked: The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and close to the river and we really enjoyed walking everywhere from the hotel. Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails. 5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

Liked: I’m afraid the quality of communication was awful. We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience
