  Well located apartment with good price/quality ration

  Liked: Very good location, good price / quality ratio. The apartment was easy to find, functional & clean (timber framed, not modern) for a short stay as ours. Located in a very small street (no cars), limited outside noise

  Disliked: Clarify parking policy in advert (only public street parking subject to availability, could be risky, we used parking at Les Halles - additional cost), only one double bed though advert mentioned a second one (sofa bed?) for 2 persons

  Superb

  Liked: Situated in the old part of the town in very quite location, well equipped, old property with a lot of character, close to restaurants, market. Helpful host Parking could be found on side streets near to the property

  Apartment location worked well for a very enjoyable four day stay to savour the France we love

  Liked: Location excellent for our city break, easy walk into centre. Tours is an ideal centre for this part of the country, the town lively and attractive, plenty of places for eating out. Property is quaint (Very old building), access is in a narrow alley with parking in local streets, no charge. Facilities basic but adequate.

  Disliked: Some of the kitchen equipment needs attention (coffee machine and fridge particularly). Parking is a lottery, relies on finding spare places, however we found places quite close to the apartment.

  Liked: Well placed, near centre. Free public parking next to the location. Very well equipped studio, cozy and very quiet.

  Good location for exploring Tours

  Liked: Very comfortable and in a quiet location. Bars and restaurants offering a wide variety of French and international cuisine were only a short stroll away. Apartment is situated on the first floor and accessed by narrow winding stairs but this was not a problem for us.

  Disliked: Parking is not on site and it was difficult to find on street parking at times.
