  Liked: Charming boutique hotel with a lift, conveniently located near the train station and tourist office. I found the standard double very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent, good value and beautifully presented.

  Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. No question, they were great!

  Disliked: Our toilet smelled awful. I don’t think it wasn’t clean, it just had a very foul odor. No air conditioning was disappointment. A Ceiling fan would help. Devour could be updated. Too dark in the rooms. Also, brighter lights would be nice.

  A lovely little hotel with character, with friendly, helpful staff

  Liked: Hotel Mirabeau is a lovely, charming hotel in a very classic french building. The rooms have a lovely characeter and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I thought it was great value for money, to stay in such a lovely building, with a nice room that had character. It is a pleasant stroll to the oldest part of Tours from the hotel and you can get to one of the main streets with lots of restaurants within 5-10mins.

  Disliked: Nothing really. I thought it was lovely!

  Great for exploring Tours and great staff

  Liked: Good location with lots of free parking. Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. Exceptional customer service.

  Liked: Very cosy, large rooms, lovely people

  Disliked: The rooms do not have ac and sleeping in the front with the windows open is very noisy.

  Lovely place for a visit

  Liked: Lovely relaxing breakfast area in the garden. Spacious rooms for a family with two big beds and a single. Close to train station makes things easy.

  Disliked: Absolutely brutal heatwave which is not the fault of the hotel (who assisted us kindly when our toddler was unable to continue the trip).
