Liked: Breakfast OK. Lifts worked well. Warm room and good hot water.

Disliked: There was a problem with the prepayment, which caused the cancellation of our reservation. My card provider said this resulted from inadequate security in the hotel money transfer software. Too many head bumps on the bunk bed in the room.

  Liked: Great location. Pleasant staff.

Disliked: Because the room was small both the additional bunk, not required by us, and the TV protruding from the walls were hazards, in that it was difficult not to bump your head

  Not central, despite the name

Liked: The staff were really nice, and it was convenient to have underground parking.

Disliked: It's really not that central, despite the name. The town centre is a 25- minute walk and the immediate area the hotel is in is quite dodgy.
