  Clean convenient place to stay

Liked: Very friendly helpful staff. Good size bedroom and en-suite. Very clean.

Disliked: The underground parking is very narrow even for our small car (Toyota Yaris).

Very good value for the money

Liked: The dinner and breakfast were very good with a large selection of products for breakfast

Disliked: We had to wait quite a while before being served for the dinner ( due to a shortage of staff)but our waitress did apologise.

Liked: Room size. Parking. Breakfast. Fairly easy access to downtown.

Disliked: Slightly edgy part of the city. We were fine but others could be nervous at night. Trams to centre out of service due to the work but we hired city bikes and walked. Mature Guy at breakfast a little blunt and could benefit from some customer care training.

A modern hotel with good amenities

Liked: A pleasant room with a good view. The breakfast was nice. It is quite a long walk to the centre of town. There is secure parking on site.

Disliked: The entrance to the parking is quite hard to find and the entrance is tight.
