Disliked: I paid for the accommodation through Booking.com in advance, and then I was charged again upon arrival. The hotel staff assured me that the additional payment would be refunded, but I have still not received my money back. I have also tried contacting customer support, but I have received no response. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and the refund to be processed without any further delay.
