These terms govern the use of wabihotel.com, owned by Wabiwebs Diseño Web, S.L. (see the legal notice). By using the website you accept them. This is a translation for information purposes; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
What Wabi Hotel does
Wabi Hotel helps you find hotels and things to do in each destination. We do not sell accommodation or activities ourselves: we take you to the platform that sells them, and we may receive a commission from it for bookings made from the website.
Hotel bookings
- Bookings are made on book.wabihotel.com, the booking platform operated by Nuitee (LiteAPI). Nuitee takes the payment, confirms the booking and handles any question, change or cancellation, 24/7.
- The booking contract is between you and Nuitee and, where applicable, the property, under the terms the platform shows you before payment: final price, taxes, cancellation policy and hotel conditions. Read them before confirming.
- To view or manage a booking, use «My bookings» in the header, which takes you to the platform.
Activities and free walking tours
Activities, guided tours and free walking tours are booked on Civitatis, which manages them under its own terms. On free walking tours you decide the tip at the end and give it to the guide.
Information on the website
Destination texts and hotel pages are for guidance only. Hotel photos, facilities and ratings come from our suppliers and may not be up to date. The price, availability and conditions that apply are those of the booking platform at the time of booking.
Proper use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, try to access non-public areas, overload it or copy its content on a large scale or by automated means.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page. They are governed by Spanish law. For any question or complaint about the website, write to us at holawabihotelcom; complaints about a booking should be sent to the platform that handled it.
