Wabi Hotel is the trade name under which the owner provides the service of this website.
What Wabi Hotel is
Wabi Hotel is a hotel and destination search engine and guide. The website provides information about places to stay and destinations, and links to third-party services to book them:
- Hotel bookings are made on book.wabihotel.com, a booking platform operated by Nuitee (LiteAPI), which handles the booking, the payment and customer service.
- Activities, guided tours and free walking tours are booked on Civitatis.
Wabi Hotel does not provide the accommodation or the activities, and does not charge users for using the website. The terms of each booking are those shown by the platform where it is made. More details in the terms of use.
Use of the website
Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to use it lawfully, without damaging it or interfering with its operation, and without using automated systems to extract its content on a large scale.
Hotel information and prices
Hotel data (descriptions, photos, facilities, ratings) comes from our suppliers and from the properties themselves. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. The valid prices and availability are always those shown on the booking platform at the time of booking.
Intellectual and industrial property
The Wabi Hotel brand and logo, the design of the website and its own texts belong to the owner or are used with permission. Hotel photos and descriptions belong to their authors or to the properties and are shown under licence from our suppliers. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except for personal and private use.
Links to other websites
The website links to third-party pages (the booking platform, Civitatis, Google Maps and others). The owner does not control or take responsibility for their content, and their use is governed by the terms and policies of each one.
Liability
The owner is not liable for interruptions or technical errors of the website that are not attributable to it, or for damage caused by use of the website contrary to this legal notice. Nor is it liable for the services provided by the third parties it links to, in particular bookings, which are the responsibility of whoever manages them.
