The only place you should stay in Alba- Wonderful
Liked: Everything! Massimo and his wife welcome you like family. It was the best stay of my trip and that's saying a lot. It was exceptional on all levels. The bed was so comfortable, the property is extremely clean. Fantastic location to explore Alba. He even picked me up at the train station which is only a 15 minute walk. As taxis are few are far between. Also espresso coffee machine, Mini bar and breakfast treats in the room. Best stay ever!

Amazing location with even better service
Liked: Location (very close to the city center, you don’t need the car) Owner (Massimo is a great host, on top of everything at any moment, super helpful and supportive) Facilities (parking space included in the price, electric charging station onsite - by Porsche, apartment is equipped with all you need) Services (fresh bread, croissants and focaccia delivered every morning for your breakfast) PETS are welcome! 🙏🏻
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit small in proportion to the rest of the apartment. It was quite noisy when the neighbor was talking a shower in the apartment next to ours.
Welcoming and helpful hosts. Facilities are ok for a short stay
Liked: Massimos wife picked us up from Alba station. Massimo carried our bags upstairs for us and was very welcoming. Quiet,private unit with a terrace area but found kitchen a little dark.
Disliked: Needs lighting in the kitchenette.
Very welcoming, great location, wonderful hospitality and nice breakfast
Liked: It was very comfortable with a good amount of space. Massimo was very friendly and welcoming. He was there to pick up from the train station but I misunderstood and we walked to Casa Bona. Every morning he brought us a bag of fresh breads including focaccia and croissants. The first day we were there he gave us a map of the area with recommendations of where to visit. He also included two tickets to the white truffle festival which was very sweet. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with milk, yogurts, juices, and cured meats. The fridge was restocked during our stay as needed. Our room was tended to regularly including making our bed and folding our towels. Massimo also allowed as to leave our luggage on the property after we checked out giving us more time to explore Alba. We loved staying at Casa Bona and would stay there again. We also met Massimo’s cat Charlie who was very sweet.
