Liked: Kind staff. Great breakfast. Good swimming pool with stunning views. Amazing restaurant. Quite big room, bathroom especially.

Disliked: The pool, which was nice but very crowded as they allow day pass to other people who aren't staying at the hotel so made it unpleasant

Disliked: The room was quite basic. It would also be very helpful to have an iron available in the room, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes. In addition, I would appreciate an earlier breakfast service than 8:00 a.m., or at least the option to get a cup of coffee before breakfast begins.
You can't beat their location and view, but the comfort of the bed and the room was disappointing
Liked: The location in Barbaresco is great and the view can't be beat. We especially like the fact that the Visione Restaurant (Michelin star) was right next door.
Disliked: Our room was a little shabby, lightbulbs were missing, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.
