Exceptional
Barbaresco is not to be missed and the location of De Steu was perfect
Liked: Great home in a perfect location. Lovely short walk to town and the many restaurants. The room was perfect.
Liked: The room was big and bathroom was well equipped.
Disliked: The coffee they provided in the room wasn't great.
Liked: It was a great resting place close to the town centre, young people can walk the distance..
Disliked: Tips We didn't find the place straight away, our gps told we had arrived after we had just past it.. It's on the corner of the roundabout, the 1st entrance on the right.. Maybe a paper with instructions how to get the temperature down using the remote control (I selected mode 'cool' and 18C..it came down to 21C which was ok.. Sounds easy, but it wasn't figuring it out.. The temp was extraordinary hot outside 35-38C... For the rest it was ok Hope this helps..
This was a glorious place to stay in Barbaresco
Liked: The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were super clean and felt very luxurious and comfortable. It was absolutely lovely that both rooms had double aspect and a balcony overlooking vineyards. The views were amazing. Alberto was very charming and helpful.

Liked: Da Steu exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed (including a kettle/coffee maker which was a nice touch). We loved having coffee on the terrace. Being walking distance to the center of Barbaresco meant we could enjoy wine tastings without driving. Free parking on-site was very convenient. A truly relaxing stay.
Great base for Barbaresco
Liked: Lovely place, within walking distance of town centre and very close to great wineries. Owner Alberto was very welcoming and friendly.
