Fabulous
Liked: Location is amazing, just a few meters from Alba Cathedral The apartment is just like the pictures.
Disliked: The check- in process is very complicated: instead of a code to access to the keys (as many places do), or the host waiting for you; you need to scan a code to make an online check-in with video-call. It didn’t work for us and end up calling the host
Liked: The location is amazing, with a great view right i Alba city centre
Disliked: The air-conditioning did not work in one of the room. Towel for one costumer were missing (then this issue was fixed), the shower was licking, and water was going all around the bathroom... no bidet that is strange for an Italian place. The kitchen was completely empty... not even a bottle of water was available... for the price paid, you would expect a better service...
Liked: location is amazing and the place is so beautifully decorated with nice wooden furniture in an elegant historical building.
Liked: Spacious apartment with functional kitchen in the heart of Alba - really cute town. Air conditioning saved us from the heat!
