  Beautiful town, convenient location, but the accommodation was dated and lacked some basic comforts

  Liked: Location to the centre of town, restaurants, shopping, and to transport, etc. excellent.

  Disliked: The accommodation was very conveniently located, close to everything and in one of the most beautiful towns. Unfortunately, the property itself felt quite dated, and some of the furniture was old and worn, with covers over it. Cupboard doors not opening or closing well in need of a handyman. There was no kettle, and it would have been helpful to have instructions for using the washing machine, oven and other appliances. The microwave was also positioned away from a power point, making it difficult to use, and there were no suitable wine glasses. We were also advised that we would need to pay an additional €20 per day if we wished to use the heating, which we felt was unreasonable. Hot water system not sufficient for 2 quick showers. Given the beautiful location, it was disappointing that the accommodation didn’t quite live up to our expectations. With some updates and attention to these practical details, it could be a much more comfortable place to stay.

Good to know

It is not allowed to bring any type of electrical appliance from outside (BLANKETS, POTS, FOOD WARMERS, STOVES, ETC) unless authorized.

Otherwise the penalty is €50 per day

The heating in the apartment is of the condominium type, that is, normally turned on from October 15th to April 15th for 14 hours a day

The air conditioner is included in the cost of the reservation in the summer months for cooling, in the winter months the use for heating has an additional cost of €20 per day.

For this service the remote control must be requested upon payment of the total cost of the days of stay

The reservation for 2 people is intended with the use of 1 double bed, if it is necessary to prepare 2 double beds the additional cost is €30 to be paid and communicated at the time of booking

Failure to pay the tourist tax will be communicated to the competent authorities

The rules described inside the apartment are to be considered mandatory for the respect of all.

In case of necessity and noncompliance with the rules, the manager reserves the right to check the accommodations at any time and request a penalty of €50 per day or the immediate release of the accommodations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
