Fabulous
Lovely scenery, great restaurant but simple breakfast
Liked: Beautiful location right up on the Alba wine hills. Wonderful scenery! A classically stylish, a bit old-fashioned hotel with high quality shower condiments and towels. Quiet rooms with plenty of room. Easy parking and check-in
Disliked: Breakfast was very simple. Compared to the excessive Michelin-starred dinner, do not put hopes up for the breakfast: only coffee, a little portion of juice and a brioche + antipasti, yoghurt if you ask for it separately.
Overall, very good
Liked: Great view. Near Alba. Outdoor dining.
Disliked: The Bistro seemed a little short staffed compared to the Michelin restaurant.
A hotel with an amazing view
Liked: Perfectly clean, beautiful room, amazing view, nice pool, the hotel is much nicer than its pictures.
Disliked: The breakfast is simple, and only cold.
Beautifully decorated - peaceful
Liked: Beautiful hotel with old style interior. Here everything is beautiful and nothing is left to chance! The staff were super friendly. Nice touch with products from Acqua di Parma. Good bed and nice bathroom. Loved the pool and the outdoor area.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit basic. No buffet and the waiter didn't seem to speak English very well. Little assortment.

Liked: An excellent and very beautiful hotel with stunning views, a pool, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything was spotless, every detail was thoughtfully designed, with vintage furniture and charming touches. The staff were polite and welcoming. When we arrived, it turned out that apart from us there was only one other couple staying, and they were away at the time. This made it feel as if we had the whole place to ourselves – which we actually loved. It was quiet and peaceful; we walked around, used the pool, played chess in a beautiful lounge, and admired the restaurant and the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen as the food was being prepared. Breakfast was delicious, although compared to a very similar hotel we stayed at earlier, the selection was a bit smaller. But if you get the chance – make sure to try their hazelnut cream croissants, they are absolutely incredible!
