Good
Liked: The staff is incredible -- they were quick to accommodate any changes or issues, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed for my stay -- even put a box of salt in my kitchen when I mentioned I didn't have any! It was very quiet and the location was convenient - central to walk everywhere in town, but with parking!
Disliked: Only thing - reception is closed from 12-3. They are clear about this and wasn't a big issue for me, they also gave me a phone number in case I needed someone, but obviously not as convenient as having reception open all day.
Comfortable, modern, convenient. Staff very knowledgeable and quick to respond
Liked: Clean, modern, well located. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Kitchen equipment very limited. Air conditioning didn’t work last two nights.
Liked: The location is great because it's just around the corner from restaurants by the Alba girl statue. The bed was firm and big. The staff are fantastic, and a special thank you to Gianni who drove in early when we left the keys in the room and couldn't get our car out of the secure parking.
Disliked: The utensils for cooking were not that great, and the place is dated, but otherwise functional.
Liked: Perfect location
Very close to city center, standard in line with price
Liked: Location
Disliked: Heating system
The accommodation was clean but poorly equipped, with nonfunctional appliances
Disliked: During my stay, several issues affected my comfort. For example, although a hair dryer was provided in the room, it could not be plugged in because the socket was incompatible with its plug (as the building is old). The same with the microwave oven. The most important, I needed to charge my laptop to work, but my charger did not fit any of the sockets. I contacted the reception via text message at the time, but no one responded. The next day I was told the message was not seen because the reception was closed. I also called, but no one answered.
