Exceptional
Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming.. It was my first time in Italy for me and my mum. We got special treats from the owner. We enjoyed our stay, nice scenery, nice food, nice people.
Disliked: The hills, this has nothing to do with the hotel. It is something to bear in mind when booking. Hire a car is recommended. The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit noisy
Our three night stay was close to perfect. Staff was great, location near Assisi was perfect
Liked: Conviently located near Assisi and the Monestary. Breakfast was good with many options. We only ate dinner there once and it was good. There was an elevator to our second floor room and we had a wonderful view! Staff was attenttive and kind.

Perfect, quiet and secluded oasis with lovely dinners and refreshing swimming pool!
Liked: It was beautiful, clean, spacious and the pool was wonderful!
Disliked: The only thing is that it’s hard to get around the area without a car, but our host very kindly drove us to Santa Maria.
I cannot recommend Casa Carfagna enough and can’t wait to go back!
Liked: The location is spectacular. Picture waking up and having the breathtaking view of the Assisi Basilica right there to greet you from the window! What a treat! The breakfast was a highlight, featuring outstanding homemade cakes, fresh croissants, and local products. I even asked for chocolate milk, and guess what? They had chocolate powder ready to go, which was so unexpected and such a wonderful, personalized touch! Above all, the hosts were absolutely amazing, and the waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, they truly made us feel like family. Dinner was never an alone venture, we conversed with other people there. I promise you will fall in love with the views, the food, and the incredible family who runs it!
