Fabulous
Relaxation in an amazing place
Liked: Very welcoming and just as I remember from years ago. Exceptional staff
Disliked: Nothing
Was very impressed
Haven for pilgrims
Liked: The location - 600m from St. Francis’ tomb or St. Carlo’s tomb. Very close to the square. The breakfast and dinner was very good
Disliked: The room was a tad small but for 1 night stay absolutely manageable
Perfect location and great rooms, staff and beautiful views
Liked: Loved this place! The staff, rooms were amazing! So kind as I had been unwell and we ended up staying an extra night and they booked us into their sister property for a further few nights as I was too unwell to continue my journey. The views were spectacular and the location is perfect! Roland who moves the cars is a lot of fun. My partner misses him.:)
Disliked: Nothing. It was lovely.
Perfect stay in Assisi
Liked: The staff is very helpful and friendly. Driving instructions and Parking was easy. Our room was nice and the view magnificent. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant and sunset views from the bar. I highly recommend Hotel Giotto.
Disliked: All was good.
Good hotel to stay with
Liked: Got a free upgrade and I'm really thankful. The new room is has one extra room and over all is really big and can see the view of the town. The staff is really nice and is walkable to any locations in the town.
Disliked: Facilities is not so new. The hair dryer really surprised me, as I never see the style before. But I didn't use it as have my own so not a real issue on me. The AC enclosure I guess is located near the bedroom. If you sleep light, it's better turn off AC before bed. As a small town, I don't think other hotels can be newer, so all in all I recommend this place compared with the price.
