Overall, the experience was disappointing and left a negative impression

Liked: The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Disliked: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The staff spoke very little English, making communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and did not work in the rooms.

Liked: Quite close to the old town

Disliked: The shower went freezing and scalding. The shower kept filling up as if the plug was blocked. The WiFi didn't work. The beds were very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom window wouldn't shut properly, which made us feel unsafe.

  worth the money

Liked: Everything was comfortable. Our stay included breakfast, which was plentiful and very delicious. The property was very clean, and the cleaning staff came every day. It is a place that is well worth the money.

Disliked: Rather than a criticism, this is a small suggestion: the rooms should also include slippers.
