Liked: They never gave me the code so I was not able to access the property
Disliked: They never gave me the code so I was not able to access the property. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND, THE PROPERTY WON'T ANSWER MY MESSAGES OR PHONE CALLS!!!
Liked: And the OSCAR goes to Emily!! Our contact person was very helpful and kind. Thank you once again!!
Disliked: Dust and spider web in the bathroom
I have never thought that such a thing can happen
Liked: We didn't get to the apartment. The owner cancelled our booking a few hours before we arrived. But, they charged my credit card anyway. I have never experienced a similar situation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this apartment after our stress. I really don't know why Booking.com allows themselves to deal with such nonprofessional and irresponsible people.
Bad
Disliked: Highly unreliable host! Even though the payment was made two weeks in advance and they’ve sent the details for directions and self check in they’ve waited until last minute to email us and tell us that they’ve made a scheduling mistake and that the apartment is already occupied. They didn’t even suggest another alternative when we called also asking us to cancel the reservation, like it was our fault. Furthermore when we asked them to find an alternative accommodation since we couldn’t find any available on such short notice they didn’t nor did they answer the phone again.
Good
Liked: After all everything was good!
Disliked: The pool was a little bit dirty and the power of the apartment went out and there were cctv outside, we didn't have privacy.
Exceptional
Liked: Everything was perfect, the location, the bedrooms, the kitchen, everything. Even the small corner near the kitchen was the perfect place formour children to draw something. Defenetly fantastic.!!!!
