Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff and beautiful reception decor.

Disliked: Would have been nice to know in advance that the sauna included an extra cost and was not available late in the evening.

Good location, room, facilities and staff and service

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. The balcony with seating was ideal for sitting out and the general sun terrace for all guests was great. FOH were friendly and helpful. Loved the artwork. Bit of a walk to the Old Town but definitely walkable. Handy for the centre and bus stop back to Bergamo airport. A 5 minute walk from the train station

Liked: Very comfortable. The stuff on the 2. day was very friendly. Much space in the room.

Disliked: As a woman I would not go alone to the hotel by night. The area seems not to be safe enough.

It was more of a airport stop before a early flight but wished we just gone for a cheaper option

Liked: Good location near the station

Disliked: Lacked character Trying to be too modern. Area around the hotel not too nice we stayed slightly further up the lower town last time and was a nicer area.
